The method disclosed by the invention overcomes the defects that the cooking of the carp porridge spends a long time and is relatively complicated, and the carp porridge has a fishlike smell (because the fishy line is not removed). The invention provides the method for cooking the carp porridge, and the method is capable of saving time and can be used for cooking porridge which has the special freshness, sweetness and heavy fragrance of carp.
