The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing meat stuffing differing in flavor from yak meat, chicken, white sugar, fermented glutinous rice, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, amomum tsaoko, Sichuan pepper, cassia bark, fennel, aniseed, fresh ginger, white pepper, chili powder, nitrite and the like, filling and drying in the air, and adding the vegetable oil, spices and other seasonings in proportions.
