Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese medicinal herbs and soilless culture, and particularly relates to a method for planting medicinal dendrobe. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing tobacco stems with water according to a volume ratio of 9:1 to prepare a first mixture; overlaying the prepared first mixture to form layers of fermenting structures; removing residues of the surface covers after a preset time of high-temperature fermentation; performing after-ripening fermentation under a natural ventilation condition to form a tasteless loose granular structure and black brown tobacco stem humus; selecting a certain amount of a bio-organic fertilizer and loose materials for later use; preparing a medium by using the tobacco stem humus, the bio-organic fertilizer and the loose materials according to a volume ratio of 6:2:2; planting dendrobe seedlings; laying the prepared medium on the surface behind the root system of the dendrobe plant for cultivation.
