Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a curable resin composition which exhibits excellent adhesion and provides a cured product that has good transparency and high refractive index. This curable resin composition contains (A) a silicone resin which has one or more aryl groups in each molecule and has an alkenyl group and an alkoxy group at both ends, (B) a polysiloxane compound which has one or more aryl groups and two or more Si-H bonds in each molecule, (C) an organic zirconium compound and (D) a catalyst for hydrosilylation reactions.
