Wiring board and air conditioner

The invention provides a wiring board comprising a base, a conductive sheet and a threaded fastener in threaded connection with the base. The conductive sheet is disposed on the base and comprises a body and a bend connected with the body; the longitudinal section of the body is linear in shape; the longitudinal section of the bend is similar to a Z in shape; the lower end of the bend and the body are partially superposed; the body and the bend form a semi-closed structure. The threaded fastener is used for pressing the conductive sheet so that an external wire or an external metal insert is pressed onto the conductive sheet. The invention further provides an air conditioner. According to the wiring board and the air conditioner, the conductive sheet is in the semi-closed structure, allowing the conductive sheet to be conveniently inserted into the base along one direction; meanwhile, the connection way in which the conductive sheet and the external metal sheet or the external wire is press-fitted through the threaded fastener replaces an existing insert connection way, thus solving the problems of sparking caused by creepage of inserts and sparking caused by poor contact of the inserts and improving reliability of the wiring board.
