Full-automatic slip casting system and preparation method for annular ferrites

The invention relates to a full-automatic slip casting system and a preparation method for annular ferrites. The casting system comprises a charging basket, a charging cylinder, a charging valve, a mold and a hydraulic machine, wherein the charging basket is used for storing slurry and connected with the charging cylinder by use of a pipeline; the charging cylinder is connected with the mold by use of a pipeline; the charging valve is arranged on the pipeline between the charging cylinder and the mold; for slip casting, the charging valve is opened to allow the slurry to flow through the charging basket and automatically goes into the mold; next, the charging valve is closed, the hydraulic machine is turned on for pressing, and after pressing is finished, the mold ejects the product automatically. Compared with the prior art, the full-automatic slip casting system for the annular ferrites is high in production efficiency and yield, applicable to molding raw materials having the slurry granularity of less than 0.9 micron, and capable of automatically adjusting the thickness deviation of the products.
