Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a strobe light speed measuring sensor on a high-voltage circuit breaker. The strobe light speed measuring sensor comprises a power supply circuit, a drive circuit, a flicker circuit, a strobe light and a signal conversion circuit, wherein the power supply circuit is connected with the drive circuit by a circuit; the drive circuit is connected with the flicker circuit; the flicker circuit is connected with the strobe light; the signal conversion circuit is used for converting a light signal of the strobe light into an electrical signal. The strobe light speed measuring sensor adopts a non-contact design, is flexible to mount and high in practicality, meets current situation of current GIS (Geographic Information System) speed measurement, and is capable of accurately measuring the rotary situation of a GIS shaft.
