Biosensor and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a biosensor and its preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) a PCB, a raw material plate is used as a substrate panel, and an insulated substrate and a conductive part of the biosensor are manufactured by a PCB manufacturing technology, wherein the conductive part contains various wires and electrodes; 2) different electrodes of the conductive part are coated with different electrode materials by an electroplating method or a chemical method to prepare various special electrodes required by the biosensor, and baseboard of the biosensor is obtained; and 3) the baseboard prepared in the step 2) is used to prepare the biosensor provided by the invention. In comparison with the prior art, the baseboard of the biosensor provided by the invention is prepared by the PCB technology, and the biosensor provided by the invention has advantages of simple technology and low cost. Thus, high performance and low cost can be achieved. The biosensor is especially suitable for instant detection of various biological signals such as various blood parameters (blood clotting,blood sugar, cardiac troponin and the like), contagious virus (tuberculosis, hepatitis B, HIV, etc.) and the like.
