Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for heating-type infrared temperature measurement-based silkworm cocoon sex identification. The method comprises the following steps of heating silkworm cocoons to a silkworm cocoon surface temperature of 30-40 DEG C, putting the silkworm cocoons at the surface temperature of 30-40 DEG C into a box, in the case of natural heat dissipation of the silkworm cocoons, carrying out silkworm cocoon surface temperature acquisition by an infrared temperature measurement sensor chip in a way that data is acquired once every 1.5s, for 1min, respectively transmitting the acquired silkworm cocoon surface temperature data and environment temperature data to a 51 single chip microcomputer, and carrying out data processing by a computer connected to the 51 single chip microcomputer to obtain a silkworm cocoon sex identification result. The invention also provides a device used by the method. The method has the advantages of scientific and reasonable processes, short flow, operation convenience, fast identification rate and high accuracy. The device for heating-type infrared temperature measurement-based silkworm cocoon sex identification has a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost. |
