Multifunctional sensor inductor and operation method thereof

The invention relates to a multifunctional sensor inductor. The multifunctional sensor inductor comprises a flexible inducting iron sheet, a base and a permanent magnet; the permanent magnet is fixed to the base; and when in actual use, the flexible inducting iron sheets of different length are manufactured and fixed to the other side of the base according to the field and detecting distance of a sensor. The multifunctional sensor inductor has the advantages that the difficulty at mounting of the inductor is reduced, the mounting is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved; the inducting position can be quickly adjusted as requirement, so that the time of adjusting is reduced; the multifunctional sensor inductor can be applied to a plurality of places needing switch locating, and thus the applicability is improved; the flexible inducting structure can effectively protect the weak sensor when in collision with the sensor, and thus the consumption of spare parts is decreased.
