A formula comprises components in 100 parts by weight as follows: 10-20 parts of a catalyst, 8-12 parts of an adsorbing agent and the balance of a carrier, wherein the catalyst is selected from at least one of cerium oxide and lanthanum oxide; preferably, the catalyst further comprises aluminum oxide; the carrier is selected from at least one of mullite and clay; the adsorbing agent is selected from at least one of emathlite, diatomite and activated carbon; the ceramic plate is round, and the size of the ceramic plate is as follows: the diameter is 50-190 mm, and the thickness is 8-16 mm; 1,000-10,000 holes are formed in each ceramic plate; and the aperture of each hole is 1.0-1.5 mm. The infrared gas stove universal ceramic plate is widely applicable to gas stoves adopting natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas, marsh gas and the like; a normal service cycle of a product is longer than 8,000 h; and further, energy efficiency of fuel gas can be greatly improved, energy consumption is saved, toxic and harmful gas emission is reduced, the thermal efficiency value is increased, and the labor productivity is improved.
