The invention discloses a centering device for a sleeper. A fixed shaft is arranged in the middle of a bracket; the middle of a rocker arm is arranged on the fixed shaft; two draw bars are arranged on the bracket in parallel, are arranged on two sides of the fixed shaft, and are in transmission connection through the rocker arm; one end of each draw bar is connected with the upper part of a stirring frame which is arranged on the end part of the bracket; the other end of each draw bar is connected with the rocker arm; the lower part of the stirring frame is provided with a centering rod which is used for adjusting the sleeper; one end of an oil cylinder which is used for driving the rocker arm to swing is arranged on the rocker arm; the other end of the oil cylinder is arranged on the bracket. Compared with the prior art, the centering device has the advantages of being efficient and performing accurate centering, and the like.
