Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of organic high-molecular compounds, and provides an antistatic EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) shoe sole and a preparation method thereof. Antistatic EVA particles are prepared from raw material EVA, a thermoplastic elastomer, a polyamide copolymer, a foaming agent, a cross-linking agent, an antistatic agent, nano-zinc oxide, zinc stearate, stearic acid, an anti-wear agent and talcum powder through smelting, open milling and pelleting, and then the antistatic EVA shoe sole is prepared from the antistatic EVA particles through temperature rise foaming and secondary oil pressure forming. The electrical resistivity of the antistatic EVA shoe sole is smaller than 1 megohm, and the antistatic EVA shoe sole can be permanently antistatic and is not influenced by a damp environment; moreover, the antistatic EVA shoe sole has the characteristics of light weight, good hand feeling, high dimensional stability, good comprehensive mechanical property and the like, is particularly suitable for being used in places with high antistatic requirement such as manufacturing shops and high-grade test rooms in the microelectronics industry, and is light, comfortable and long in service life. |
