The cultivation medium is composed of solid materials and water, wherein the solid materials comprise 78% of bits of wood, 1% of white sugar, 1% of gypsum, 1.5% of maize meal, 0.5% of quick lime, and 18% of bran; the bits of wood are composed of 50-100% of locust and 50-0% of oak; the weight ratio of the solid materials to water is 1:(1-2). The cultivation medium can substitute the conventional oak resource medium to cultivate lentinula edodes.
