Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a wear and corrosion resistant silicon carbide based ceramic nozzle, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 76-88 of silicon carbide, 0.4-0.7 of agate, 3-5 of potassium feldspar, 4-6 of magnesite, 12-24 of lead oxide, 13-25 of zirconium dioxide, 4.5-6.7 of calcium carbonate, 5-8 of flyash, 1.2-2.4 of wood fiber, 6-9 of phenolic resin, 13-17 of decabromodiphenyl oxide, 10-13 of polyvinyl acetate, 0.2-0.4 of sodium pyrophosphate, 3-4 of an assistant, and a proper amount of water. The silicon carbide ceramic nozzle product obtained by the method has the advantages of compact structure, small porosity, high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and can be applied to color sorters to significantly improve the spraying effect. |
