The curing material based on viscous waste soil is prepared by adding a certain proportion of lime, gypsum and water to the main raw material viscose waste soil, and carrying out pressurizing molding, and can be used in the navigation project field, the civil engineering field and the like. The curing material based on viscous waste soil is prepared by using cement, lime, gypsum, the viscose waste soil, a sodium sulfate reinforcing agent and water. The viscous waste soil is a navigation project waste, has a wide source, and is reasonably used to become valuables, so the resource is saved, the pressure to environment and the destroys of the stacking of the viscous waste soil to farmland are reduced; and the preparation method is simple and has a low cost. The viscous waste soil curing material can substitute same strength grade common concrete to make ballast blocks, surface protection bricks and other materials in the navigation project.
