The invention discloses a steam type strontium slurry desulfurization system, which comprises at least one desulfurization tank, a transfer pump and a gathering tank. Each desulfurization tank is connected to the transfer pump through a pipeline. The transfer pump is in connection with the gathering tank through a pipeline. An isolating valve is disposed between the transfer pump and each desulfurization tank. A steam pipe is arranged between the isolating valve and the corresponding desulfurization tank, and is provided with a valve. The steam pressure inside the steam pipe is greater than or equal to 0.4MPa. A filter net is arranged at the inlet in the gathering tank, and has Chinese character ''mouth'' shaped meshes, the edge of which is 0.3cm-0.6cm. The steam type strontium slurry desulfurization system provided by the invention can safely and efficiently clean coagulums in the pipelines.
