Slitter edge centralized blowing device of drum film slitting machine

The invention provides a device for centrally blowing slitter edges of a plurality of drum film slitting machines to positions away from the slitting machines. The device comprises single air pipes and a main air pipe, wherein each single air pipe is parallelly arranged under a fixed-length roll of the corresponding slitting machine, one end of each single air pipe is connected with a fan, the other end of each single air pipe is connected with a single draught pipe, the side wall of each single air pipe is provided with a slitter edge inlet notch, the main air pipe is vertical to the arrangement direction of the single air pipes, the side wall of the main air pipe is provided with an input opening which is connected with each single draught pipe, an included angle of 30-60 degrees is formed between the axis of the main air pipe and the axis of each single draught pipe, a venturi pipe is arranged in the connecting pipe of the main air pipe and each single draught pipe and is coaxial with the main air pipe, the air outlet of each venturi pipe is positioned at the front side of each input opening of the main air pipe, an air inlet of the main air pipe is connected with a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and an air outlet of the main air pipe is a slitter edge outlet away from the corresponding slitting machine. The slitter edge centralized blowing device has the advantage that the slitter edge can more easily enter the main air pipe, and the running in the main air pipe is smoother.
