Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a thread-arranging and inspecting device and a thread-arranging and inspecting method for end threaded holes of a steering gear rack. The thread-arranging and inspecting device comprises an inspecting platform, wherein the inspecting platform is provided with a sliding base; the sliding base is provided with a clamping mechanism which is used for positioning the steering gear rack; a thread-arranging and inspecting mechanism is arranged at one side, on which the sliding base is arranged, of the inspecting platform; a driving mechanism is arranged at one side, on which the thread-arranging and inspecting mechanism is arranged, of the inspecting platform; the thread-arranging and inspecting method comprises the step of using the thread-arranging and inspecting device to realize the thread arrangement and inspection of the threaded hole. According to the thread-arranging and inspecting device and the thread-arranging and inspecting method for the end threaded hole of the steering gear rack, the situation that the end threaded holes in two ends of the steering gear rack fit the quality and specification requirements can be guaranteed, the quality conformity of the steering gear rack is guaranteed, and the quality conformity of steering gears is further guaranteed.
