Hydraulic cylinder sintering flux brushing apparatus and method thereof

The present invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder flux brushing apparatus and a method thereof. The hydraulic cylinder sintering flux brushing apparatus comprises a cylinder bracket, a connection shaft, a motor and a speed reducer, wherein the cylinder bracket comprises a bottom plate and a support plate, the bottom plate and the support plate are respectively drilled and are connected to form the bracket through bolts, the upper end surface of the support plate is provided with a downward-inclined slope, the included angle of 20-30 DEG is formed between the slope and the upper end surface, and the side surface of the speed reducer is connected with the bracket by two holes on the upper end of the bracket through bolts, and then is fixedly connected with the motor through the bolts so as to form a power system. According to the present invention, with the speed reducing rotation of the speed reducer, the non-uniform thickness, waste caused by the difficultly controlled use amount, high labor intensity of the operator, and other problems during the hydraulic cylinder flux brushing are fundamentally solved, such that the hydraulic member sintering quality is effectively controlled and increased while the operation is simple and convenient.
