Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of ethanol amination reaction catalysis application and discloses a catalyst for amine preparation and a process of preparing ethylamine by an ethanol amination reaction. The catalyst comprises granular zirconium oxide or sintered granular zirconium oxide and a proper amount of silicon oxide. The surface of the granular zirconium oxide has micropore structures formed from silicon oxide. The preparation method of the catalyst has simple processes and a low cost and can form the microstructure with surface micropore structures. The catalyst has good catalytic activity, selectivity and a good application prospect.
