Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an overwintering feed for golden pomfret and a preparation method of the feed. The feed comprises the following components by mass percent: 12-18% of fish meal, 28-32% of krill powder, 3-5% of gluten powder, 23-25% of corns, 18% of full-fat soybeans, 1% of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 5% of mixed oil, 0.6% of choline chloride, 2% of a mineral premix and 1.4% of a vitamin premix. According to the feed, the krill powder, the gluten powder, the mixed oil and the full-fat soybeans are added into the feed for the golden pomfret, so that the immunity of the golden pomfret can be remarkably improved and the survival rate of the golden pomfret during overwintering can be increased.
