The wireless ad hoc network based electronic price biding system comprises a plurality of label nodes, a plurality of routing nodes which are in wireless communication with the label nodes, Sink nodes which are in wireless communication with the routing nodes, a label management platform which sends the commodity information to the label nodes, a commodity database and a POS (Point Of Sale) cashing system; the Sink nodes, the routing nodes and the label nodes form into a label wireless network and communicate through a wireless transceiver of an ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical) frequency band and an ad hoc network process confirms to a network administration rule of the wireless ad hoc network based electronic price biding system; the Sink nodes and the label management platform are mutually connected in a wired mode.
