Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a product inspection misjudgment rate computing method based on measurement uncertainty. The core of the product inspection misjudgment rate computing method based on the measurement uncertainty is that compiled eligibility judgment software is used to figure out possible misjudgment rate corresponding to an eligibility judgment result based on a theory of the measurement uncertainty. Measurement personnel firstly perform measurement uncertainty evaluation work for a product inspection task before product inspection work. A measurement uncertainty evaluation result and a standard limit of product quality characteristics are input into the eligibility judgment software and used as precognition parameters. The eligibility judgment software provides the corresponding eligibility judgment result by judging an interval where the best estimate value of a measuring result is located, and simultaneously calculates and provides the possible misjudgment rate corresponding to the eligibility judgment result. The product inspection misjudgment rate computing method based on the measurement uncertainty can improve efficiency and reliability of the product inspection work, and the misjudgment rate which is figured out can provide a basis for both supply and demand sides to confirm product eligibility through consulting.
