The invention provides a connection port test device. The connection port test device comprises a first connection portion, a second connection portion, and a control module. The connection port test device is coupled to a universal serial bus connection port in a pluggable manner via the first connection portion. The second connection portion is coupled with a periphery device in a pluggable manner. The control module is respectively coupled with the first connection portion and the second connection portion, and used for selectively controlling the periphery device via the second connection portion, or selectively executing an interface test program. The connection port test device amplifies the second connection portion to be coupled with the periphery device, so as to increase the convenience of the connection port test device, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the test cover range.
