Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an inclined circular cone angle horizontal rotary measuring method and belongs to the technical field of measuring. The inclined circular cone angle horizontal rotary measuring method comprises firstly performing zero-position calibration on two displacement sensors; the calibration method comprises measuring two rotary internal cylinder surfaces through measuring heads of two sensors and calculating zero positions of the sensors through measuring values, rotation angles and the calibration body cylinder surface size; during measuring, a workpiece is arranged on a rotary platform, the rotary platform drives the workpiece to rotate surround a platform axis; enabling the two displacement sensors to be in contact with cone surfaces of different horizontal surfaces from the interior of the workpiece and meanwhile measuring rotary angles between cone surface points of a measuring section on which the cone surfaces are arranged and a distance rotary platform of the rotary platform axis to form into coordinates of the points; fitting measuring points of the two sections into ovals; calculating a taper angle of a circular conical surface through long axes of the two ovals and the vertical distance between the two sensors under the condition that a circular cone inclination angle is known. The inclined circular cone angle horizontal rotary measuring method has the advantages of guaranteeing the fitting oval accuracy due to multi-point measurement in one measuring section and accordingly guaranteeing the measuring repeated accuracy; converting a spatial geometrical problem into a planar geometrical problem; being simple and practical in calculation method, not easy to make mistakes and is beneficial to engineering application.
