Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an electronic air conditioner. The electronic air conditioner comprises a water box, a surface air cooler, an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein the air inlet and the air outlet are respectively formed in two sides of the surface air cooler, a water flow loop is arranged between the water box and the surface air cooler, the water flow loop is connected with a water pump, a fan is installed between the air inlet and the surface air cooler, electronic chips are uniformly distributed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the water box, and a heat radiator is arranged on the outer side of each electronic chip. The electronic air conditioner has beneficial effects of high environmental protection performance, low energy consumption, low noise, no environmental pollution, excellent performance and wide application range and is applicable to the fields such as aerospace, automobiles, military industry and the like.
