The LED optical engine comprises a combined lens and a radiator (10), wherein the combined lens is connected with the radiator (10) through buckles (5) uniformly distributed at the periphery of a main body (2); a solid sealing silicone ring and a filling liquid silicone are arranged between the radiator (10) and the combined lens; a circle of raised skirt (1) is arranged at the front periphery of the main body (2); the skirt (1) encloses all lens units (3); the raise height of the skirt (1) is greater than the raised height of all raised objects including all lens units (3) in the combined lens; a ring rib (8) is positioned between adjacent buckles (5); a gap is formed between the ring ribs (8) and the radiator (10). By adopting the LED optical engine, the surface of the lens can be effectively prevented from being scratched or damaged in the mounting, transporting or using process; the integral sealing performance of the LED optical engine can be guaranteed; the LED optical engine is simple in structure and suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
