Wet chlorine special valve

A wet chlorine special valve includes a valve body, and the valve body is provided with a valve cover and an inner valve rod. The inner valve rod is provided with a corrugated pipe, stuffing and a valve clack, and a pressure plate is located on the stuffing, and the pressure plate is fixedly connected to the valve cover through a nut and a hexagon bolt. The inner wall of the valve body, the inner valve rod, the valve clack and the stuffing are made from fluorine F46, and the corrugated pipe is made from the material of F46. The top end of the corrugated pipe uses wide-body design. The corrugated pipe is provided with embedded reinforcing plates and is placed in a groove on a contact surface between the valve cover and the valve body. The valve body, the valve cover and the corrugated pipe are fixed together by nuts and a stud. The top end of the inner valve rod is connected to an outer valve rod through a connecting block and a connecting screw, and the outer valve rod is provided with a hand wheel. A hand wheel nut is located above the hand wheel, and a valve nut is located below the hand wheel. The valve nut is equipped with a limiting ring and a limiting bolt, and the valve body is also equipped with an opening position indicator.
