Antibacterial fiber as well as product and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an antibacterial fiber as well as a product and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial fiber is prepared by a hot melting method. According to the antibacterial fiber, silver sodium zirconium phosphate is used as an antibacterial agent; the average content of silver in the silver sodium zirconium phosphate is 0.01-10% by dry weight; the content of silver is 0.004-1.0%, preferably 0.01-0.8% and most preferably 0.1-0.5% of the weight of the antibacterial fiber. Due to the high silver ion releasing capability and agglomeration-free property of the silver sodium zirconium phosphate, the antibacterial fiber is high in antibacterial property; silver sodium zirconium phosphate antibacterial agents are uniformly distributed in the fiber; the antibacterial fiber is stable in property; the slow release of the antibacterial agent is facilitated; the purpose of implementing long-lasting antibacterial effect is achieved, and therefore, the antibacterial fiber is especially suitable for medical and hygienic products.
