Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature resistant superoxide dismutase and an encoding gene and an application thereof. An amino acid sequence of the superoxide dismutase encoded by the gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2; and a nucleotide sequence of the gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. A new superoxide dismutase gene sod is cloned from bacillus subtilis SCSIO15029; the enzyme activity of the superoxide dismutase SOD encoded by the superoxide dismutase gene sod is 5511.46U/mg; the optimal pH value is 7.5; the optimal temperature is about 40 DEG C; and the high-temperature resistant superoxide dismutase has high-temperature thermal stability, and can be applied to the fields of biological medicines, cosmetics and foods.
