Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an environment-friendly synthetic method of orange nitrogen/sulfur codoped carbon quantum dots. A preparation method comprises the step of carrying out polycondensation and carburization on amino acid at hydrothermal conditions by taking two different amino acids as raw materials and using water as a solvent. The environment-friendly synthetic method has the advantages that the operation is easy, the raw materials are environmental friendly, low in cost and easily available, and a product is short in preparation cycle and good in repeatability; the orange nitrogen/sulfur codoped carbon quantum dots are uniform in size and can emit orange lights, and the blank that the existing quantum dots are emitted at the wavelength is made up; the product can be widely applied to various fields of biologic imaging, cell marking, anti-counterfeiting and the like.
