Electric-conduction polyphenyl ethe/polyamide composition, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses an electric-conduction polyphenyl ethe/polyamide composition and preparation method thereof. The electric-conduction polyphenyl ethe/polyamide composition comprises, in parts by weight, 25-35 parts of polyphenyl ether , 40-55 parts of polyamide, 4-7 parts of a compatibilizer, 7-10 parts of a flexibilizer, 1-5 parts of electric-conduction carbon black, 3-9 parts of carbon fiber, and 0-2 parts of a coupling agent. The preparation method of the composition comprises: firstly putting electric-conduction carbon black or electric-conduction carbon black processed by the coupling agent, polyphenyl ether, polyamide, the compabilizer and the flexibilizer in a high-speed mixer for mixing, then adding the mixture through a first-segment charge port of a double-screw extruder, adding employed carbon fiber through a forth-segment cylinder of the double-screw extruder, and then performing extrusion by controlling the rotation speed of the double-screw extruder to be 1050-1200 rpm and the temperature to be 240-275 DEG C, so as to obtain the electric-conduction polyphenyl ether/polyamide composition which is high in mechanical strength, simple in production technology, good in product appearance and good in electric conductivity.
