Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides temperature-resistance acrylic resin for water-based ink and a preparation method thereof. The temperature-resistance acrylic resin is prepared by taking maleic anhydride, styrene and (methyl) acrylic acid as monomers in a solution polymerization method. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing a proper amount of maleic anhydride, styrene and (methyl) acrylic acid, adding a mixture to an initiator, and stirring uniformly to obtain component 1; adding a proper amount of alcohols to a reactor, heating the reactor till a solvent refluxes, keeping the temperature, starting slowly dropwise to add the uniformly mixed component 1 to the solvent, and controlling the dropwise adding time within 0.5-1 hour; after finishing the dropwise adding, continuously reacting for 2-3 hours at the constant refluxing temperature, stopping stirring, regulating a pH value of the solution to be 7-8 by utilizing a neutralizing agent, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours and then cooling down to discharge materials. The temperature-resistance acrylic resin for the water-based ink and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the material selection is scientific, the preparation steps are simple and are easy to control, the price of the prepared acrylic resin is suitable, and the acrylic resin is green and environment-friendly and has excellent temperature resistance; the water-based ink prepared by the acrylic resin as a connection material has the advantages of oil-based ink, such as excellent hardness and glossiness, and also has the advantages of no volatile organic compounds (VOC), good heat resistance and safety in production and use. |
