Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a fusion protein for treating HPV16 and HPV18 viruses and a preparation method of the fusion protein, and aims at providing the fusion protein which is simple in preparation method and is capable of effectively treating HPV16 and HPV18 viruses. According to the technical main points, a gene sequence of the fusion protein TALEs-ScPvuII-HPV18 is as shown in SEQ ID NO:1; the gene sequence of the fusion protein TALEs-ScPvuII-HPV161-3 is as shown in SEQ ID NO:2-4. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) screening target sites; 2) building PET16b-TALEs-ScPvuII-HPV18 and PET16b-TALEs-ScPvuII-HPV161-3 prokaryotic expression vectors; and 3) expressing and purifying TALEs-ScPvuII-HPV18 and TALEs-ScPvuII-HPV161-3.
