Rail traffic safety control circuit and system

The invention relates to a rail traffic safety control circuit. The rail traffic safety control circuit comprises safety relays for controlling corresponding signal equipment, wherein the safety relays are controlled through control units. The safety control circuit at least comprises two channel control units; each channel control unit comprises a processing unit, an output unit corresponding to the processing unit and connected with the safety relays, and a dynamic/static recovery unit; and the safety control circuit further comprises reference signal generation units for providing reference signals to the control units. As the dynamic/static recovery units are arranged in the rail traffic control circuit, the processing units can recover and compare the output results to determine the circuit control so as to improve the accuracy of the whole circuit.
