The double-rotation 3D printer comprises a base, a print head driving mechanism and a printing head, wherein the base is provided with an objective table; the printing head driving mechanism is arranged on the base; the printing head is arranged on the printing head driving mechanism, the printing head driving mechanism comprises a linear motor seat, a linear motor, a rotary motor seat, a near-end rotary motor, a near-end rotary arm, a far-end rotary motor and a far-end rotary arm, the linear motor is fixed on the base, the linear motor is arranged at one side of the linear motor seat, the rotary motor seat is fixed on the linear motor, the near-end rotary motor is fixed on the rotary motor seat, a near-end rotary motor shaft is connected to the left end of the near-end rotary arm, the far-end rotary motor is fixed on the right end of the near-end rotary arm, a far-end rotary motor shaft is connected to the left end of the far-end rotary arm, the right end of the far-end rotary arm corresponds to the top of the carrier table, and the printing head is arranged on the left end of the far-end rotary arm.
