The grape wine storage tank obtained by virtue of the method is subjected to single side welding and double-sided molding, is flat and consistent in welding seam hand feeling, and is smooth and delicate in sense and free from flaw; a 1.22m welding seam can be welded in only 20 seconds, the manufacturing of the grape wine storage tank can be finished by virtue of mutual cooperation of 6-8 persons in 4-6 hours, the qualification rate is 100%, the quality is ensured, the labor strength of operating personnel is alleviated and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
