Fixed-core spline broach with burnishing teeth

The invention relates to the field of broaching tools, in particular to a fixed-core spline broach with burnishing teeth. The fixed-core spline broach comprises a lower chuck, a front guide, a cutting tooth section, a rear guide and an upper chuck which are arranged in sequence, and is characterized in that the burnishing teeth are connected between the front guide and the cutting tooth section; the cutting tooth section is of an integral structure formed by pressing five cut parts. According to the fixed-core spline broach disclosed by the invention, a section of burnishing teeth is additionally arranged in the middle of the front guide and cutting teeth, and the diameter dimension of each burnishing tooth is equal to the superior tolerance of each part; when passing through the burnishing teeth, the five parts are extruded on the same straight line, and moreover, the burnishing teeth are chamfered into R circular arc transition, and thus, the inner bore face cannot be strained when the parts pass; meanwhile, the five cut parts are pressed to become a whole, and at least two rows of cutting teeth are ensured for broaching, so that the stability during broaching is enhanced.
