Method for forming T-shaped hole by adopting casting manner

The invention relates to the field of casting, and particularly relates to a method for forming a T-shaped hole by adopting a casting manner. The method comprises the following steps: performing modeling according to a designed casting structure; uniformly smearing a graphite coating on a T-shaped metal framework to obtain a T-shaped hole core, wherein the size of the T-shaped hole core is identical to that of the formed hole; placing the T-shaped hole core in a position to be perforated in advance in a casting process; and after the casting is cooled and taken out, withdrawing the T-shaped hole core so that the T-shaped hole satisfying the design required size can be obtained. The method has the advantage that the problem that the T-shaped hole can not be cast by adopting a conventional casting method is solved.
