Method for preparing pentacle-shaped hole by casting mode

The invention relates to the field of casting, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a pentacle-shaped hole by a casting mode. The method comprises the following steps: modeling according to a designed casting structure; and uniformly coating a pentacle-shaped metal framework by graphite paint so as to obtain a pentacle-shaped hole core, wherein the size of the pentacle-shaped hole core is as the same as the size of a molded hole; in the pouring process, putting the pentacle-shaped hole core to a hole-preforming part in a mold; taking out a casting after the casting is cooled down, and drawing the pentacle-shaped hole core out so as to obtain the pentacle-shaped hole which can meet the size required for design. The method has the advantage that the problem that the pentacle-shaped hole cannot be cast by a conventional casting method is solved.
