Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a stiffening filter material structure for a high-temperature-resistant filter drum. A hardened layer is formed on the fiber surface of a base filter material by virtue of cross-linking solidity with a high-temperature-resistant stiffening agent; the high-temperature-resistant stiffening agent subjected to cross-linking solidity is wrapped by a continuous hardened sheath shell on the fiber surface, the crossing parts of the fibers are connected to form nodes; the high-temperature-resistant stiffening agent forms a three-dimensional framework is integrally formed on the filter material based on fibers; the filter material can keep stiffness at high temperature and still can maintain high porosity so that the filter material has lower resistance, and thus the shortcomings and deficiencies that in the prior art, pores of the filter material are blocked by glue to cause the reduction of the porosity of the filter material to influence filtration performance are overcome. |
