Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a stable aromatization fractionating system technology. Materials are pumped into a distillation column by a material pump; light components in the materials are gasified in a high temperature environment of a column bottom reboiler; separated light dydrocarbon enters a light dydrocarbon storage tank by a pipeline, and a gas phase reactant at the top of the distillation column enters a column top return tank by a column top condenser; the bottom of the return tank is connected with a return pump; condensate gas is controlled to enter the distillation column by a flow rate control valve, and noncondensable gas is discharged from a noncondensable gas discharge pipe; separated heavy dydrocarbon products at the bottom of the column pass through a discharge pump and the column bottom condenser in sequence, and finally enter a heavy dydrocarbon storage tank, wherein the temperature at the top of the distillation column is 47-52 DEG C, the pressure at the top of the distillation column is 0.56-0.63MPa, the temperature at the bottom of the distillation column is 130-140 DEG C, the return rate is 10t/h; the return ratio is 0.3-0.5t/t. In the technological process, the energy consumption of natural gas is reduced, the cost is lowered, and the economic benefit of products is improved. |
