The invention provides a gas and water spray gun for dentistry. The spray gun comprises a spray nozzle, a sprayer, a handle, a gas pipe and a water pipe, wherein a heating assembly is arranged inside the handle and comprises a heating rod, a temperature controller and a heat accumulation body, both the gas pipe and the water pipe penetrate through the heat accumulation body, the heating rod is embedded in the heat accumulation body, and the temperature controller is arranged on the heat accumulation body and is connected with the heating rod. According to the gas and water spray gun for the dentistry, provided by the invention, the heating assembly is arranged in the handle, is electrified to generate heat and is used for heating fluid in the gas pipe and the water pipe, so that the fluid sprayed out of the spray nozzle has a certain temperature and plays a role in protecting the oral cavity of a patient; thus, additional heating equipment and additional operation are not required, and the cost is reduced.
