The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials, preparing solid raw materials and liquid raw materials; tableting, quantitatively pressing the prepared solid raw materials into a whole; filling liquid, filling the solid raw materials which are pressed into a whole in a packaging bag, and quantitatively filling the liquid raw materials on the solid raw materials which are pressed into a whole; packaging, sealing the packaging bag. By pressing the solid raw materials into a whole, the preparation method disclosed by the invention reduces the loss caused by oxidization of active components in the raw materials during production, prevents occurrence of blocking of powder during packaging, improves the product quality, also reduces the packaging volume and lowers the production cost.
