The instant coarse grain product can be instant powder and instant particles. In the detoxifying and beautifying instant coarse grain product, the potatoes, the mung beans, the oat, the Chinese yam and the honey are reasonably matched, wherein the mung beans and the honey are capable of expelling toxin and relaxing the bowels, and the potatoes, the Chinese yam and the oat are capable of tonifying the human body.
