Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for preparing nutritional microspheres. The method comprises the following steps of adsorbing, drying, backfilling, drying, cooling and packaging and the like. A nutrition enhancer is adsorbed by porous starch and covered by starch paste so that the aim that the loss of the nutrition enhancer with the unstable property in processing and storing processes is reduced is realized. The porous starch is in a hollow honeycomb-shaped particle structure so that a semi-closed environment can be provided for nutrients; and a fully-closed environment is provided for the nutrition enhancer by the backfilling of the starch paste. The fully-closed environment can be used for reducing the contact between easily-oxidized nutrients and oxygen, and the loss caused by oxidization is reduced; and the degradation effect on the nutrition enhancer by heat and shearing effects can be hindered. According to the method, the retention rate of the nutrition enhancer in the processing and storing processes can be improved.
