Component mounting device

The present invention is a component mounting device that is capable of moving head units (60F, 60R) in the X and Y directions, and is characterized by being provided with: X-direction frames (50F, 50R) that are provided so as to extend in the X direction and support the head units (60F, 60R) so as to be moveable in the X direction; a linear motor that has stators (36L, 36R) and movers (45L, 45R) and moves the X-direction frames (50F, 50R) in the Y direction; Y-direction frames (30L, 30R) that are provided so as to extend in the Y direction, have a hollow structure in which cooling spaces (33L, 33R) for circulating a cooling medium are formed inside, have stator mounting surfaces (43L, 43R) on which the stators (36L, 36R) are mounted and fixed disposed on the outer surface surrounding the cooling spaces (33L, 33R), and support the X-direction frames (50F, 50R) in a moveable fashion; and a pair of fans (41F, 41R) that circulate the cooling medium within the cooling spaces (33L, 33R) by delivering said cooling medium into the cooling spaces (33L, 33R).
