Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a multi-test-node state monitoring system and method of a component production line. The multi-test-node state monitoring system comprises a management node, a data forwarding unit manager and a plurality of test nodes, wherein the data forwarding unit manager comprises a plurality of data forwarding units, and a connection relationship is built between a management node and the test nodes through the data forwarding units; the test nodes are in charge of data collection, serves as a producer of test data, and uploads collected basic information to the corresponding data forwarding units; the data forwarding units are used for forwarding data between the management node and the multiple test nodes; the management node is used for sending a subscription instruction to the data forwarding units, is in charge of receiving, analyzing and processing the test data and serves as a customer of the test data. The multiple-test-node state monitoring system has the advantage of resolving the problems of complex configuration, poor real-time performance and insufficient expandability in the test node state monitoring process of an existing production line test. |
