Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a production method of a novel lithium ion battery diaphragm with variable inclined holes. The method comprises the following steps: irradiating a substrate PI/PET/PP/PC film with high energy heavy ions; sensitizing the PI/PET/PP/PC by using ultraviolet light or a solvent; and immersing the sensitized PI/PET/PP/PC in a container provided with an etchant solution to carry out a chemical etching reaction in order to obtain the lithium battery diaphragm. The production method can effectively control the density and inclination of the holes, guarantees the consistence of the holes in the surface of the diaphragm, and ensures that no straight holes vertical to the diaphragm or large holes formed by overlapping small holes exist in the surface; and the diaphragm made in the invention has the advantages of effective prevention of the possible short circuit, great improvement of the safety of the battery, increased amount of porosity, increased electrolyte absorption amount, and prolongation of the service life of the battery.
